QUAI D'ORSAY

QUAI D'ORSAY

History of QUAI D'ORSAY

Named for the famous bridge in Paris, this brand is one of two (the other is Siboney) which are devoted to the interests of a specific national tobacco governing body, in this case, the Tabacalera. Created in 1970, this is a lighter-bodied cigar and the range is all handmade. All its sizes tend to use light wrappers, a frequent preference in France. Cigars are of a nice taste, mid strength, solid in texture and good burning properties. Aromatic, woody and slightly dry flavors are all present in Quai D'0rsay .

The Churchill's back—and it's got a French accent.

This 2022 Quai d’Orsay Imperiales isn’t just a throwback—it’s a smooth-talking revival of a discontinued classic that once graced humidors in the '70s and quietly bowed out in 2014. Habanos dusted it off, gave it a sharp foot band, packed it into a sleek 20-count travel humidor, and made it exclusive for those in the know.

Rolled with top-tier Cuban tobacco, the Imperiales clocks in at 178mm with a 47-ring gauge—a proper Churchill size, like the ones that made legends of both cigars and the people who smoked them. Expect that signature Quai d’Orsay flair: approachable, aromatic, with that soft honeyed charm wrapped around a classic Cuban core. It doesn’t scream for attention—it earns it with every burn.

Rare, refined, and ridiculously easy to enjoy—whether you’re just discovering Quai d’Orsay or you've been on board since flared pants were a thing, this is one to stash before it slips away again.
