Shipping and handling
Every box of cigars is carefully vacuum-sealed for the shipping process. These steps help make sure that your cigars will not arrive dried out. We do strongly encourage you to rest your cigars in your humidor (16-18C (60-65F), 65-70% RH) upon arrival. Shipments are made using the regular postal system or private couriers (only for certain countries. Contact us for details) and will usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days depending where you are situated in the world (please be aware that due to local regulations, we are unable to ship Cuban cigars to certain countries, which includes the United States of America. If unsure feel free to ask). Any taxes that are required to be paid for local importation are the responsibility of the client. Nominis (TopCubans.com) will not be held responsible for any local taxes or duties due. If you have doubts about your local taxation laws, it is your responsibility to find this information.
