QUAI D'ORSAY

QUAI D'ORSAY

History of QUAI D'ORSAY

Named for the famous bridge in Paris, this brand is one of two (the other is Siboney) which are devoted to the interests of a specific national tobacco governing body, in this case, the Tabacalera. Created in 1970, this is a lighter-bodied cigar and the range is all handmade. All its sizes tend to use light wrappers, a frequent preference in France. Cigars are of a nice taste, mid strength, solid in texture and good burning properties. Aromatic, woody and slightly dry flavors are all present in Quai D'0rsay .

A less well known brand that these new releases will I hope put it at the forefront of people’s minds for this is a truly fine cigar. Silky superbness in this lovely golden brown wrapper that has you salivating on opening the box. Once lit, expect subtlety over power with floral notes, fresh cocoa and nuttiness. Intensity of flavour finishes off this young cigar; it is certainly one for the future. We have a very limited number of these newly released Cubans, snap them up whilst we have them. Prestige for all, David
