I just found half a jar of these beauties. Released in 1999 in 10’000 jars of 25 cigars to celebrate the turn of the Millennium, there can be no more prestigious Cuban cigars around than these. Produced at the famous El Laguito factory in Havana, this cigar is THE example of balance. The Cohiba flavours have mellowed but are still present in the smoke. The wrapper is a thing of beauty, with a dark, reddish tinge to it and a surprising amount of oil considering their age.
