David's experience: What an absolute treat the Cubans have created here. This iconic Churchill cigar can be smoked by all levels. It is shorter than the regular Churchill, closer to the Short Churchill but with a fat 55 gauge and with an oily gloss on the wrapper that just has you liking your lips in anticipation. On tasting, it is for me slightly stronger and spicier than a traditional Romeo Y Julieta smoke and therefore more suited for an after dinner smoke as opposed to an afternoon-in-the-sun kind of smoke. As always, the tubos pack of 3 allows people to dip their toes in and try it without breaking the bank. The full boxes though are difnitly worth it and are proving among our best sellers of the past year and a bit. |
