" I just smoked this Cigar a moment ago,, it has nice wrapper, great ring size(48)., burn very stable slowly,, white ash.. however, it's very very hard to draw, draw in 6-9 second,,blow just 2 second, .u can't feel rich smoke and much taste on your mouth,,the last 1.5 inch the cigar changed soft and much better than first 30mins.... "

" I am sorry to say that I have found my box that was dated 2005 very poor indeed. The draw was hard to impossible. Out of 25 I was only able to enjoy less than five. They felt hard in stages along the length which I believe to be the problem. They were also very damp in feel. I changed how I keep my smokes but to no avail. Richard has been great over this problem and I will certainly be keeping with top cubans. "

" I have a box of May '00, and smoked my first one in '05. It was a bit mild, and bordered on one-dimentional. I smoked another in Dec '06 and the difference was shocking! After 6 years, they gain a well-balance compexity and richness that makes this stick rank up there in my top 10. Very smooth draw and even burn, and let me tell you, well worth the wait. If you have any of these, let them sit for at least 5 - 6 years, and you'll be amazed at how they develop! "

" This has become my steady smoke. I have yet to have a batch that is not well constructed allowing for an easy draw. While the flavor does develope along the smoke I can not say that it ever becomes overly strong. It is a solid floavor with just a bit of a lingering spice note. In general you can count on this smoke for a good solid 35 min of bliss. "

" I've liked these cigars for quite awhile, but I received a cabinet of 50 and now I'm in love. Construction, combustion and draw are superb, tastes are sweet and spicy at the same time. Complex tobacco and bean notes, and I think probably one of the best cigars for the money to come out of Cuba. My cab was dated NOV 01, so they had a nice start on the age right off the bat. I'm extremely happy with my choice, (thanks as always to Richard and Rick for all the sound advice) and definately recommend these, esp. in the cab of 50. "
