" My favorite cigar of all time!!! I first smoked this cigar with my brother on a salsa trip with great friends sitting in downtown San Juan, PR. After an incredible meal. It was a great 1.5 hr smoke. I didn't know whether to smoke it or eat it. So rich, creamy, and power with finesse (couldn't stand up). My brother looks at me and asked me what was that? I told him "Cuba". Still my favorite cigar to date, and that was over 2 years ago. I'm on my 4th box. Enjoy!!! "

" True! This cigar goes well with wine. Hell, it goes well with everything and anything. This is the TOP of Cuban class. Don Alejandro profs better than any TOP Cuban cigar that there is an exceptional difference between all cigars all though it will take years of serious smoking before your palate will begin to understand the difference between low end cigars and high end cigars. Sit down and light it up gently and smoke it gently too. It will make you forget all troubles and all women of this planet. This is one of my TOP three favorite Cuban cigars of all time, the other two being Partagás Lusitanias and the Trinidad Robusto Extra. Alejandro Robaina, who died recently, lived a long and good life, smoking his own stuff from dawn to dust. Yes, I envy his life even though he had to live in high humidity Cuba and what not. You wanna feel how happy he always was regardless of the Cuban “situation�, then, smoke THIS! � You are not ready to part from this world before you have experienced and understood the Don Alejandro! “. " Smooooth operator! For me the best ever cigar to accompany a bottle of red wine ( fan of Pauillac, Medoc). Starts softly with the first sips of wine. " Although rated Medium to Full by topcubans, for me it was a very smooth and relaxing smoke. Give yourself plenty of time though, this is not the cigar to smoke during short break. Construction and draw, which are often the problem in other habanas, are very good and consistent in this one. "

" Tasted great with decent draw. The wrapper on my examples is a very dark, almost maduro wrapper that likely contributes to its deep and ashy flavors. I was surprised by its strength (nicotine). It made me a bit lightheaded and unsteady. I guess it snuck up on me. "
